The hotel is located in the characteristic “Vicolo Della Fortezza”, which joins the “Piazza Del Comune” and Duomo
The hotel is formed out of an historic residence and has been restored with a special emphasis on creating a family environment.
Made up of 7 rooms, it stretches over three levels; on the third floor, there is a small viewing room with a view of other houses’ roofs.
Everything is set out in a way that allows you complete freedom and makes you feel as though you are at home.
The simply furnished rooms have parquet, with no carpets or rugs. All rooms have a bathroom and a small shower, telephone, TV and wireless internet connection.
Maximum attention is paid to hygiene.
There are two common rooms with a TV which can be used by guests. They are located on the first floor, where there is a Wi-Fi area and access point for the Internet, and on the third floor where there is the minibar and terrace with the view.
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am, and includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, assorted cereal, marmalades, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit juice and homemade cakes.
The fridge is located in the small room on the third floor and can be used by all guests.
The Assisi Card is a card which is given free of charge and exclusively to the guests who stay in hotels in Assisi, and is valid for the entire period of stay. It allows discounts for the main parking spots in the city, special discounts in museum, restaurants, pizzerias and certain shops.

L’albergo si trova lungo la caratteristica “Vicolo Della Fortezza” a 50 metri dalla Piazza Del Comune
E’ stato ricavato all’interno di una abitazione del 1300, ristrutturata con particolare attenzione a ricreare un ambiente familiare.
Composto da 7 camere, si sviluppa in tre livelli, di cui il terzo è costituito da una piccola saletta panoramica con terrazza arroccata sopra i tetti delle altre case.
Il tutto è pensato in modo da lasciare la massima libertà, così che Vi possiate sentire a casa.
Le camere arredate semplicemente hanno il pavimento in parquet, privo di moquette o tappeti. Tutte hanno il bagno in camera con una piccola doccia, telefono,televisione e connessione internet
Massima attenzione all’igiene.
A disposizione dei clienti ci sono due sale comuni munite di televisione. Sono situate: al primo piano dove c'è il punto di accesso internet,.e al terzo dove c’è il belvedere il minibar, la Zona WI-FI
La colazione viene servita dalle ore 8,00 alle 10,00 e comprende the, caffé, cappuccino, latte, pane, cereali assortiti, marmellate, formaggi, yogurt, succhi di frutta e torte fatte in casa.
Il frigorifero è situato nella saletta accanto all’ingresso e l’uso è consentito a tutti i clienti.
L’Assisicard è una tessera che viene rilasciata gratuitamente ed esclusivamente ai clienti che pernottano negli alberghi di Assisi, è valida per tutto il periodo della permanenza. Permette la riduzione del prezzo nel parcheggio, sconti speciali in musei ristoranti, pizzerie e negozi convenzionati.
